In-Store Purchases
All items purchased in-store are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any store-bought items.
Online Purchases
We accept returns or exchanges within 2 days of the delivery date for items purchased through our website.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Requests made after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Shipping Fees
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Product Condition Disclaimer
Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our products:
- Minor loose threads or
- 1–2 missing embellishments (stones, sequins, etc.)
are considered normal and not valid reasons for refunds or exchanges.
Sizing Disclaimer
Measurements for dresses are provided according to our size charts. However, there may be a ±1 inch variation, which is not considered a defect.
Color Disclaimer
Actual product color may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
